Overview
Madelin D’Arce is responsible for work in the Firm’s commercial litigation, community association, and real estate practices. She has experience litigating across numerous industries including banking, business/partnership disputes, construction, insurance, and real estate.
Mrs. D’Arce also presides as the Special Master for the Code Compliance Division Hearings in the Town of Miami Lakes. In this role, Mrs. D’Arce hears and decides matters of alleged violations of the Town’s codes and determines the appropriate civil penalty or enforcement order. She is also frequently appointed as Guardian ad Litem to protect the interests of Defendants, heirs, or unknown parties in foreclosure actions.
Mrs. D’Arce is fluent in Spanish.
