Overview
Mr. Botko focuses his legal practice on property insurance defense, automobile insurance defense, and personal injury litigation. He vigorously represents his clients to resolve and manage claims with timely and accurate communication.
A unique experience that benefits Mr. Botko’s work and clients today was representing clients from both the Plaintiff and Defendant side. The opportunity to practice law from both sides allows him to view cases from multiple perspectives, providing his clients with informed and advantageous representation.
Mr. Botko’s most significant professional accomplishment to date was providing pro bono legal work to elderly individuals with probate legal counseling. He provided free legal counseling and wills, trusts, and advanced directives to elderly individuals who could not afford legal counsel. It was gratifying work and showed him how much of a difference lawyers can make in the world.
