Overview
Mr. Irvine focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation. He defends insurers against first-party property claims and provides third-party liability defense against personal injury and wrongful death claims. Mr. Irvine has represented various clients, including insurance companies, municipalities, administrative agencies, trucking companies, restaurants, etc.
