John Trebilcock is an attorney in the Firm’s Litigation department and focuses his practice on community association law. Additionally, he represents the Firm’s clients in all aspects of litigation, including business and contract disputes, complex commercial litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, and insurance carrier defense.
With all client matters, Mr. Trebilcock maintains consistent communication in a clear and timely fashion to ensure there is an understanding of the issues at hand. He bolsters this communication with a keen awareness of the continually changing rules impacting homeowner and condo associations.
The time Mr. Trebilcock spent in government service as a Member of the Oklahoma Legislature gives him a unique insight into how clients can interface with public institutions at all government levels. This experience also allows him to advise clients on how to run an orderly meeting and confidently follow parliamentary procedures.
To date, Mr. Trebilcock’s most significant accomplishment was obtaining his law degree while teaching high school full time. It was a challenging experience, fueled by his passion for the law and desire to advocate those in need.
