Overview
Ms. Blanco directs her practice primarily in the areas of insurance defense litigation, business litigation, and commercial litigation. Her main responsibilities at the firm largely consist of representing and advising clients on the various stages of the litigation process, proposing strategies throughout each case, recognizing opportunities for settlement and performing settlement negotiations, as well as preparing herself and her clients for trial.

Ms. Blanco’s greatest professional accomplishment occurred while working in the Startup Practicum during law school where she was able to help an individual who was being taken advantage of by the larger company he was licensing his technology to. Ms. Blanco helped revise the Non-Disclosure and Licensing Agreements so that the terms of the agreements were not all favoring the larger company. Representing this client taught Ms. Blanco how important hard work and attention to detail are to the services she provides each and every day to her clients.
