Lee-Anne Bosch

Ms. Bosch serves as general counsel to condominium, cooperative, and homeowners’ associations. She advises the community association’s Board of Directors and handles all aspects of community governance, including drafting, amending, and interpreting governing documents, prosecuting covenant enforcement, construction defect, and collection matters, reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts, and attending Board and membership meetings. Ms. Bosch is experienced in successfully litigating legal matters from inception to resolution, including trial, arbitration, and mediation.
